In a very exciting ‘first’ Blue Gum Farm TV will be touring the Central and North Western Queensland districts presenting their show – “KoalaRumba” for the Easter and mid-year School Holidays in 2019.

From Tambo to Cloncurry or Monto to Normanton and everywhere in between!

This is a fun and interactive show for children about life in the Australian bush, presented by Blue Gum Farm TV
Featuring beautiful songs, cute characters and all the fun of the farm, this is a show that children find irresistible!
From tending the vegetable garden at the homestead to driving your tractor to plough a new paddock, this authentic bush story is a must-see for children everywhere.
Produced by 4th generation farmer Cilla, “KoalaRumba” show will have everyone singing and dancing along.

Workshops in theatre arts will also be offered to locals children (aged 5-16 years) as part of the tour. On completion of the workshops the participating children will be invited to join the cast on stage and be part of the show! Previous theatre/dance training is not necessary and all levels of ability are welcome!

WORKSHOP TIMETABLE:
9.00am Sign on for all participants
9.00am to 9.45am Junior Theatre Workshop (Ages 5 to 10)
9.00am to 9.45am Senior Theatre Workshop (Ages 11 to 16)
9.45am to 10.30am Performance Workshop (For children who would like to take part in the show. All ages combine)
10.30am to 11.00am Break
11.00am to 11.30am Show Preparation (For children taking part in the show)
11.30am KoalaRumba Performance

**Things for children to bring if they are participating in the workshops
1. Morning Tea and Water Bottle
2. A “Farmer’s” outfit (jeans, long sleeve shirt and hat) if they would like to take part in the show.
3. If the child has had previous dance experience, please bring dance shoes.
