In the kitchen – Kale Chips

Discover how to make healthy and delicious Chips using Kale straight from the garden.

You will need:

1 Bunch fresh Kale

Olive oil

Salt and Pepper

What to do:

Remove the stems from your Kale – easiest way to do this is to run your knife along the stem all the way to the end on both sides.

Chop the Kale roughly into sections and put them in a bowl.

Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

Stir until the olive oil lightly coats the Kale and the salt and pepper is evenly mixed in.

Spread the Kale onto a baking tray (you may have to bake in a couple of different batches because it has to be spread evenly on the tray and overlapping too much). Bake for about ten minute on a moderate heat or until the it becomes dry and crunchy.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
