Makes – 3 small jars

You will need:

1 cup passion fruit pulp

1 cup sugar

150 gm butter

5 egg yokes – lightly beaten

What to do:

Put all ingredients into a saucepan on a low heat and stir continuously for about 15 minutes until mixture  thickens.

Pour hot mixture into sterilized jars and store in fridge.
